I have the magic talk on my computer. My account keeps telling me I need to upgrade to preferred and I can't make calls or receive calls. Very disconcerting being that this is a business number. I have now paid twice for the preferred, received my US number long ago and it keeps canceling me. I've spent many many hours on live chat for a problem that they can't fix and they can't figure out. They say that the engineers will get back to me, but they don't know when, probably never: (
