Oh Dell. The way you have irritated me. I went online and requested a Dell. This will be considered a fairly simple procedure considering they're some type of computer producer and pride themselves on producing anything very easy and consumer-friendly. I supplied eveything they'd require from individual lender material to charge card info. At this time I ought to be all set. I eagerly await my completely new Dell computer. Then I understand this truly weird telephone call from their website. They stated that they required my passport to continue with anything. Does this seem sensible to anybody. The one thing I will think about is the fact that their customer support is outsourced and perhaps he was looking to get my Credit info and he got confused. But even when which was the situation, why might I've to supply that info again? Anything is really wrong here. I believe that somehow somebody offshore compromised into to Dell Customer Support or their site and therefore are calling individuals to try to get creditcard info.
