Dell has this customer support dep representativeis from asia which have NO COMPANY addressing the calls with respect to dell and not just declining to provide the correct help. They're attempting to sell you exactly the same item again neglecting your issu and also the proven fact that you're included in your guarantee and saing the PLAN is transformed... If that's the case... And us the buyers TAKEN CARE OF IT AHEAD OF TIME, then spend us again or DO THE RIGHT THING BY YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS!
That Is undoubtedly not really a great service and it'll develop a large amount of regrets for dell if they're likely to proceed this sort of degrading and poor company.
