Simple VHS to DVD application and equipment included a notebook program I purchased. Didn't attempt to utilize it for around annuallyapproximately after I got it. (Was no need) After I did try to utilize it the equipment wouldn't be acknowledged by the machine. After over per month of internet based assistance, which an entire additional subject of criticism, I still don't have any quality to my issue, Roxio support keeps offering me the run-around, plus they don't change the equipment with no bill that I don't have anymore.
Be extremely hesitant about purchasing SOMETHING from Roxio since if it moves or is poor you'll finish consuming the price of it simply because they won't assist you.!!
