The last report I see sounds to me like they are trying to get you to reaffirm the debt... Don't do this... You will owe the entire loan... Go to your court in your county and get what is called a cease and desist letter... inform them when they call your work that you will be sending them this letter and that you need an address to send it to... Send it notarized and upon receipt... They won't call you again... Also when whomever calls you from this company they must say that this is an attempt to collect a debt and that any information obtained can be used for that purpose... IF they don't verify the name of the collector that you spoke to and advise him you will see him in court...
It is a 5,000.00 fine to the debtor from the collector for not using this fraise... Makes the debt the collectors responsibility... I know I used to be one... Hope this helps you... Americredit sucks lbac was awesome I am not happy about it either my car payment is through these ass holes too.
