It appears Roxio has been bought by another company and they want nothing to do with older Roxio software

Sometime before I purchased Roxio Author and lately attempted to get rid of this program from my pc. Bad move. I can not take away the plan and cannot contact Roxio to acquire any aid. I tried applying Geek Pal plus they simply screwed things up. It seems Roxio continues to be purchased by another organization plus they need nothing related to older Roxio application, I am caught having a screen at start up informing me "Roxio installment is declaring up, after working on Remove 5 or 6 occasions it disappears...
