I requested dvdplayer software from Roxio, settled them the cash (charge card via the Web), saved the program, mounted it, and it did not work. I thought it had been anything little, nevertheless when I attempted to contact Roxio for support (they do not provide a site for assistance) they required cash to actually speak with me, having a the least $20 billed against my charge card without any promise they might resolve my issue.

Person issue: DVD worked fine in additional devices, but about the one where I mounted ROXIO, the audio was all uneven and may not be recognized (despite the fact that display quality appeared to be good).incidentally, before I mounted the ROXIO application I really could play Discis just good about the device, but after adding the ROXIO application my Discis wouldn't perform.

Clearly ROXIO has application design issues (others have determine Windows XP - I wonder why ROXIO couldn't?). But what exactly is unpleasant is the fact that they WOn't supply any kind of support simply to obtain the person ready to go (I suppose they believe their application is really great that it generally does not require assistance).
