HP has a lot to learn about customer service. Their agents over talk the customer... They have a I dont give a dang attitude, they are getting paid hourly and so who cares if they fix the problem.
I bought my HP desktop only a few months ago. I work from home on my pc, hence, it is very inconvenient to lose my job because my pc is not working and HP is too stubborn to replace it rather than to ship it off and be without it for at least 2 weeks! I prefer to keep my job but they prefer to make everything difficult... Corporate wont care either but I am making sure they know..
