I requested a quad-core notebook from HSN with my HSN card was on the Present Day Unique therefore first got it to get a real great value. Requested it on 3/12 stated projected arrival day 3/31. I went online to check on my order position stated CC rejected and so I named customer support they stated it wasnot the CC was rejected they Terminated my order since somebody from their organization named me and quit a note to ensure this wasnot scam but since I have did not call-back they ended my purchase. I NEVER received a telephone call from anybody regarding this purchase for this reason I never called back. The consultant was not any aid and really type of rude. I talked having a Boss got exactly the same tale with each one of these apologies but nonetheless no notebook they cannot help me it'snot in-stock therefore cannot re order it for me personally (yes it'dnot maintain inventory it was a unique worth or whatever they wish to call it). They provided me a $50 credit what great is it I'll NEVER purchase from their website again!!! I had been showing among my co workers about that and he or she stated the same occurred to her-but it had been a PC she requested after which she mentioned in regards to a week later she confirmed they terminated it so when she named them-they informed her it had been since the item was sold-out! Should you choose buy from HSN do not get your expectations up you will really obtain your purchase.
