I requested an "in-stock" band from Gordons dealers online with "three-day convey" shipping to get a special day present on February 18. Gordons guarantees a message notification once the band was to be delivered. After fourteen days I eventually named the Gordons customer support point, ought to be renamed non-service whilst the owner couldn't inform me why or where my purchase was, despite my order quantity. I named two more occasions within the next week whilst the present I meant it for, was now past. I had been ultimately frustrated and ended my purchase. Reduced and see the fools delivered it-one week after I ended my purchase. I declined the fedex shipping, and delivered it back. I instantly named Gordons to get a boss still attempting to be municipal to these idiots, The boss "guaranteed" I'd definitely not be billed for shipping when I had declined the TERMINATED purchase. 24 hours later, 30 DAYS after my in-stock, three day shipping band was declined, they required the cash from my banking account such as the fedex cost. I had been but still am livid. I required the sixth period and really spoken towards the same boss who stated she never stated I'dnot be billed. Liar. They allegedly report the telephone for education functions. Ha! Trained monkeys might do better. Then I eventually get a contact stating my band was delivered... Two times after rejected shipping. The toughest online knowledge I ever endured and that I do a lot of my online businesses. Do not store or trust Gordons Jewelers. They lied from begin to complete and today I get a contact from some fluffer who mentioned, so sorry blah blah blah BS and today says OUR POLICY CLAIMS it will take four weeks to return my cash for that ended and declined purchase. Don"t buy anything from gordons! Large rip-off!
