I bought a Toshiba Notebook on line for available collection on Sun 12/27. I had been in the shop within 20 minutes. They don't have them, (despite the fact that I had been provided a summary of 3 shops to get from) don't intend to inventory the item and sometimes even purchase the notebook I requested online. I named the 877 customer support amount shown on the internet site. The rude customer support representative stated the shop terminated my purchase. He attempted to persuade me, somebody should have overcome me towards the shop & got the final one. I believe the things they are wishing is the fact that they are able to get you within their shop, wishing you will proceed & purchase another thing. Exactly what a rip-off & complete waste of time.
