Horrible Experience. I requested a notebook from their store simply because they had really a great value. There is a problem with confirming my charge card. I didnt find this out before following day after I needed to call-in to ensure everything was okay. They got my range along and stated they'll possess the confirmation department. Contact me withing 15 minute. I waited one hour with no telephone call. I called back plus they offered me exactly the same solution... They stated they'll have somebody contact me back within 15 minute. And so I decided. I waited 2 hours with no telephone call. At that time, it had been the finish of your day... And so I called back the following day to stop my purchase since i did not experience I really could trust the organization. After I named directly into stop, they moved me to somebody who improved my order to more storage, 4 years guarantee along with a new laptop bag. It had been much and so I thought I'd provide them with yet another chance. They assured I'd possess the notebook on Oct. 26th (2 times) which I'd get a following range through mail prior to the end-of business-day or via telephone. I received nothing. I named them 24 hours later to stop my purchase and also the customer support representative. Said he'd have somebody contact me 24 hours later by 10am. I required to talk to a supervisor but he explained there's no body else to speak with. (he was very difficult to comprehend and had no customer support abilities whatsoever... His title was morris or boris. Unsure) so today (march. 26th... Your day I had been to get the pc) I'm anticipating a telephone call by 10am. I received no telephone call... And so I called them. The men was more useful in the manner that I had been ready to stop my purchase. He explained there is a of some kind and that I was said to be approached. He explained I'd not obtain the notebook until in a few days! I can not set all might work on-hold, and so I terminated the purchase and you will be purchasing from the more trusted and reliable resource. He explained he'd place a $100 credit on my consideration easily desired to purchase something from their website again. That'll not be occurring. Be cautious with this particular organization.
