Regarding HP Hard Disk

Hello,

This is regards to a faulty HP External Hard Disk we had sent you through the courier service from HYDERABAD on 28th March. We are still waiting for the return of the New Hard Disk. The Courier service that we sent was VRL Logistics, and the docket number is 200562976.
