I have approached Alienware three times and needed to allow everybody understand what has become standard in client service-terrible service. I have named THEM despite the fact that these were designed to contact ME to plan a scheduled appointment to repair my notebook. Each time I have named im on-hold for many absurd period of time for that smallest thing like "please hang on while i revise your info."... After which the kicker is i contact again and I've to complete everything once again! WTF!? And i have no idea where I am calling however the people i keep in touch with are extremely rude and unapologetic due to their screw-UPS. I invest over a on the notebook and that I anticipate greater support to get a defective component!
