I bought an alienware laptop last christmas and imediately had problems. Alienware said to pay 3 hundred dollars to mail back to the company and they would look at it. They said it needed a new motherboard (brand new computer shouldnt need one after 3 wks) the mailed back and it was still broken. Customer service would not help and no other computer companys repair alienware computers. I did not get any refund and wound up paying 2 thousand dollars for a laptop that worked 3 wks. Please dont buy from this company!!!
