HP Desktop PC under Guarantee. Went Black - delivered for fix via Bestbuyis Geek Squad Support on October 21. Per Geek Squad's demand Compensated $99.99 for COPY/Restoration that was NOT protected under Guarantee. Obtained Computer after repairs approximately 3 months later. Jan 9, the Desktop Computer went again using the identical outcomes/issues that it went set for repairs initially 8 weeks preceding. Returned to Bestbuyis Geek Squad. Was advised to pay for ANOTHER $99.99 for ANOTHER COPY/Restoration or drop anything.informed them we previously had taken care of this "Copy/Restoration" 8 weeks preceding which we ought to have obtained a Disc of the PAID Copy/Restoration for the safe-keeping. They stated that they copy to some "Individual" Pc after which re-feedback the data back to Computer which we've no evidence of this except their "term". We're able to not manage ANOTHER Copy/Restoration Charge so we were informed it had been our "option" and "danger" to consider - not THEIRS! Extra for this issue, following the first fix I had been approached by my Sears Credit Card Security Department about an Identitytheft on my Sears Card which my data had been utilized in California.
