I cannot believe MagicJack does not have customer service by phone. I have been chatting with 3 different reps over the past hour & half and my account ended up getting so screwed up! And why can't you transfer a device to another account. My mother-on-law bought 2 MagicJacks and registered them under her email & info. She gave 1 of them to me. Why can't I have my number under my email & info so I can renew my service myself? I thought Magic Jack was so awesome until now. They have figured out how to not have to require the device to be connected to your computer all the time but they can't figure out how to transfer a device to another email & account! How stupid!!!
