Great system! Recently installed a system from foncordiax for our hardware business as we are often too busy to answer every call but couldn't justify hiring a full-time receptionist - it's quiet somtimes too!
With the pbx installed
we have call-waiting, a virtual receptionist and voicemail all easy to access and respond to, as well as 2 extra extensions, one for the warehouse and the other to the office. We also don't need to give out all our mobile phone numbers as we can give suppliers/customers an extension number which will divert to the work mobile when required. Have recommended this to my wife's workplace (small solicitor's firm) and they think it's perfect for them too.
