I bought a Netbook from MicroCenter on 11-01-10 in Yonkers, NY. I went home to my home in Milford, PA to show using the PC and discover a little round spot-on the display. I purchased the pc restored for $199 and was informed from the salesman that I'd A30 day guarantee about the netbook (Acer Aspire One). After I delivered the pc to MicroCenter, I had been informed that it's a break within the LCD, which it had been regarded bodily harm and they could not help me. I talked with supervisors and was informed they could not do something for me personally. Because it stands today, they need me to pay for $90 to get a fresh display, and $60 for work ($150 total). I just paid $199 for that netbook. Why cannot anybody at MicroCenter assist me? I invested $200 to get a faulty pc and MicroCenter would not attempt to repair the problem. They simply need more income. Criminals.
