Purchased two LCD screens JUST just because a salesman as of this shop suggested them. Huge mistake. It had been extremely difficult to see text on either check, particularly at bottom-half of the display. (Within The shop, they show screens just having a DVD of vibrant fish swimming around barrier.)
Delivered equally, and informed results worker that screens were terrible, and told him why. I had been billed A - 15% "open-box" charge. (Worker explained the charge was mentioned in small printing on bill.)
After I complained concerning the "open-box" charge towards the supervisor, I had been informed, "If Your client requires, we let them know." Would you think it? I NEVER, ACTUALLY might have purchased them had I recognized. Today, that is $50 down the strain.
I got this guidance from another client, who'd noticed me worrying: "You also have to express the merchandise is faulty so as to not be billed a restocking charge."
