Daily errors that required long chat sessions that never resolved anything was the worst problem. At one point they wanted to remotely take over my computer to try and solve the problem. I got an "error 3" message that the phone wasn't connected to the internet. Maybe it was because I'm on a Mac. I really wanted it to work. I am returning it.
Then I found out that people who called me were making long distance calls even when they were right down the street! That did it.
And now I find out that my 30 Day Free Trial isn't really 30 days. I ordered on Jan. 10th. I am threatened with no refund if I don't return it by Feb 3rd. That's not 30 days. Too bad!
