Recently I started getting "error 23" when I'm plugged directly into the Modem (no computer involved).
The error message (voice) says it's a problem with my Internet connection: PROBLEM, I'm receiving the same error message with two separate MJ Plus devices located in TWO different states! Both of those Internet connections are having a problem?: (
Also, if you Google the error, you can see this error has been a problem for a number of years. BUT, when I went to the MJ website, to FAQ, it addressed six different error numbers, NONE OF WHICH ARE ERROR 23, even though it's been a problem for some years, and apparently still an unresolved issue!
Also, I see different posts suggesting the modem is the problem. The problem with those suggestions: both of my MJ's were operational for months (different brand modems in different states) before this error surfaced - with NO hardware modifications.
Also I feel I was overcharged for my most recent purchase. I'll be filing a complaint shortly with the BBB.
