I have had magic jack for a couple of years but my satisfaction with the service keeps dropping. I am noticing a pattern where long distance land-line numbers that I call to frequently and for long calls are being dropped from their service. Their standard explanation is that they are having trouble making cost-effective deals with the service providers in those locales. I am almost to the point where none of my long distance calls get through to the places that I really needed the service for. Area codes 540,610, and 609 don't work anymore.
