I've been a Dell client for quite some time and did not have a problem till I bought my notebook a few months ago. My drive failed 2 weeks after buying the Dell Inspiron 1564 notebook. Called the client support point plus they delivered me a brand new drive and explained to set up it. I mounted it just as the directions proven and driven on and my notebook had a display, appeared as if it had been kicked in safe-mode but wasn't. Called dell plus they conducted troubleshooting on two separate events and was not able to correct the problem. I told them concerning the Display being altered following the drive alternative also it appears to be overheating as well. The dell tech-support broker explained that I'd have to deliver the notebook to them for fix which the motherboard must be changed and also the heat-sink as well. I delivered the notebook for them, observed while I had been monitoring my bundle that it had been another organization that my pc visited, I guess they outsource their restoration heart in addition to customer service. I obtained my notebook back per week later, they'd set the previous drive inside it and delivered me another and explained the HD and place in the restored one they delivered me but still, exactly the same issue! Not just did they not restore my notebook however they triggered much more problems also it wont actually energy on anymore. The fix observe that was delivered with my pc was not actually correct. It had someone elses title and support label quantity as well as in the comprehensive area these problems weren't in accordance with those I was having. It states within the records the pc would not energy on and just how humorous that quarry today does not actually power-on! I call dell that night and clarify they were suppose to truly have a technology call me and come repair my pc that day. They rest and say well one was nearly to provide you with a phone but I'll ask them to contact you twice. I was like ok good. Never obtained a call. I ultimately obtained a phone today in the technology and he staes he cannot create it until tomorrow as he's virtually no time today. So, Dell is saturated in BS. They have lied in my experience, provided me he run-around, did not restore my notebook, mess my laptop up-even more, and never follow-through using their promises. I have experienced total heck coping with them-and WOn't be investing in a dell again. Not just have I called them on Many instances I've utilized Dell talk help often plus they never appear to help.
