Terrible product and service

If you should be on the market to get a new pc or notebook think hard before buying Dell products. I purchased a dell notebook 1 5 years before which is my knowledge. 1 week after purchase needed to return it and trade it because of the lethal bluescreen appearing continuously. Subsequently 11 weeks later required it back since the motherboard was poor. 8 weeks later the display and wire for that display were poor. I'd bought a-2 year warranty that we utilized on my first fix then this last fix I had been informed they were purchasing back my guarantee and wouldn't repair my notebook since it was significantly more than the guarantee was worth. We shall provide you with 165.00 as well as your drive we maintain the pc and we're sorry there's nothig more we are able to do. I believed this really is BS and that I named the shop we purchased at and dell and that I struggled together until ultimately the shop we purchased at chose to provide me a brand new pc so that they would not lose our company that we do enjoy. But my stage is Dell didn't life their item as well as their customer support individuals are rude and may careless what issues you have they've your cash and thats all that mattered for them.
