I bought the product online. It worked once! Learn everytime it request the permit# and that I provide it for them, they inform me it is the wrong #. I did'nt spend 29.95 for this to function once.!!! I'd like my money-back or somebody must email me or contact me. If you want the permit # I'll email it for you the manner in which you did me.
