I bought a printer, didn't work. HP sends 2 successive 2-year-old refurbished replacements that don't work either. HP refuses to send a NEW printer to replace NEW printer that was defective. HP refuses to provide refund of purchase price. This policy is costing me a lot of time and lost opportunity. The result of their short-sighted policy is to alienate a customer and waste company resources. They brag about service but they are selling product. And the product has QC issues.
