I have a HP laptop, i wasted half my student salary buying it. The item is very very bad and keeps stuffing up. I sent it for repairs, and i told them to fix the battery, they did not even touch the battery. After a month of it coming back the battery stuffed up and the hard drive stuffed up, but by then the warranty was out, and the manager plainly refused to talk to us. It was like we are in some third world country bargaining the price of chops sticks. It is a 2000 $ laptop, is this really the customer service and product quality that i can expect from HP? I used to be a loyal HP customer. Now i tell everyone to keep away from the company.
