This is actually the notice I delivered to Dell. I never obtained an answer:

Please forward this to some boss. I'm ACUTELY UNHAPPY.

I've experienced IT for 11 years. I bought $100,000 annually from Dell to get a business which changed to HP lately. I nevertheless, individually remained with Dell, so far. I'll never purchase from Dell again. So that as the household IT expert, what this means is my extended-family will even opt for horsepower to any extent further.

This Is Actually The problem. I requested a PC on May 5th, purchase quantity: 24699XXXX using the payee being (mother's name) and also the recipient meant to be (dad's name). There have been three issues with this purchase which fundamentally triggered me to stop the purchase and alternatively purchase from HP.

1. The purchase was said to be delivered two-day shipping. It had been sent surface.
