I purchased an HP DV4T laptop computer at the end of July. I have been unable to install a brand new HP printer on the DV4T. At first HP thought the printer was the problem. The first printer (the one I had originally purchased) was an all in one model 4680. HP said there were "issues" with that model, so they sent me an upgraded printer... Model 6500. It would not install on the DV4T either. To date, I have spent over 17 hours on the phone with tech support. HP has sent a technician to my house who said the problem is with the computer. I sent the DV4T ito HP for repair... Under warranty. HP received it on December 1. Today is December 15 and I still don't have my computer back! When speaking with my case manager, Isabella, she know absolutely nothing. She doesn't know what is wrong with my computer. She doesn't know when it will be fixed. I called last Friday to see what the story is... And I was told she was busy with another customer, and would call me back. She did not return my call. I called today (Tues., Dec. 15) I was told the same thing... She is busy with another customer. She hasn't called back yet... It has been 5 hours. So, I have no laptop, and am out over $1000.00. I guess the only way to get action is to file a lawsuit in small claims court to get my money back. HP makes shabby products and their customer service Sucks. HP does not care about its customers.
