HP will not admit that there is a serious problem with the laptops

I've been having issues with my Pavilion tx1219us... I examined and you will find thousands getting the same issue... I Have accomplished exactly what they've explained to complete... Nothing works. Everyone who's having difficulty stated that it'd ultimately cook... It's... Horsepower won't acknowledge that there's a significant issue using the notebooks... Simply examine the net or Google "Wayne Sallee, horsepower and you'll observe.
