My hubby and I ordered a dvd player from dell and they called saying we didn't have the funds for it and they weren't sending it. We checked the bank and had more then enough so we went and bought a different one. The next day we got the DVD player from FedEx. So fo course we called and they said they would have FedEx come with in 24 hours. Of course they didn't show up and we get a call asking where the DVD player was. When we called back the guy forward my husband to someone else and that guy said he couldn't help us. I took the phone and talked to the guy and had to be rude to even get anything done. Now apparently WE have to call THEM to make sure everything is fine and the package was ok when most businesses call you.
I'm really ticked off with dell and we wont be buying anything from them again. I advise most to do the same.
