Taking money out of my bank account

March 1 i requested the web and house telephone underneath the assumption that my bill was 38.95 for using the added fee of 9.00 $ extra for 8 weeks for your device. Just the deposit was ahead out for 50.00$. The service was suppose to become cut about the overnight all i'd to complete was connect the telephone up and await the modem ahead in the mail. Nevertheless when i connect the the telephone up it was not on i named and they explained to provide it each day. Therefore the following day i examined also it still was not on. I simply so happened to check out my bank account and observe that the 50$ plus another 80$ was removed from my account by att / bell south. I subsequently called and that i talked to literallay 19 people after i began checking. I had been hung upon with a maneger when he asked me to hang on. At this time im about the phone for 2 hours with no you can tell me actually why they took this 80$. I finally reach somebody who could tell me why the cash was taken (for that device) that i had been suppose to be on payment program. At this time i had been so ashamed i inform them to cancell anything and provides me my cash back.

I received the 80$ back although not the cash for them overdrafting my account. It's been 6 months and that i still haven't recieved our 50$ deposit back. Plus they still sent me a bill for services that i never received.
