I'm THEREFORE frustated! I simply purchased a notebook for nearly $600 last Sunday. On Sunday, it begins to freeze-up and obtain these empty displays or displays that's outlines rising and along. I've to energy it back-up for this to see a mistake message declaring that "windows didn't turn off precisely"! I got it back again to bestbuy (thank god it's nevertheless inside the 14-day variety) plus they explained that they'll observe that it's the touchpad no longer working. They explained to obtain a new one. I acquired it Thursday, and today - HOW COME IT DOING THE SAME!!!
