I had been provided a HP Pc for Holiday twelve months. The very first year useful was ok, however the subsequent decades noticed plenty of difficulty. Named Tech-Support since my guarantee was up, they billed me $49.99 for 2 weeks of "assistance". I had been ready to obtain my pc operating again, however it fundamentally required more support. Approached HP Customer Support and was recommended to pay for $99.99 for just one year of technology support, which when I was informed, could be returned when the pc wasn't set inside the period of time. Towards the finish of my year, the computer dropped it is hard drive, and that I was educated that horsepower wouldn't return or restore the pcis hard drive. It was once they had previously delivered the incorrect components as a result of error on the finish. This error charge me another $150, for components used to do not wish or require. After clarifying the best component and sequential numbers, they delivered me group of restore disks for $17. After getting these disks, they explained I'd one last tech-support phone open to solve the computer problems. I named them nowadays, and was informed they had no understanding of my last telephone call and attempted to cost me another $99.99 for more assistance. I highly encourage anybody considering purchasing a horsepower item to stay away. HPis customer care is almost nonexistent and incredibly uncomfortable to cope with.
