Our Mother had selected purchasing a computer. She visited Wal Mart to buy one. She purchased the Dell Business design. Anyways she gets it house and he or she starts it which is damaged ostensibly to pieces... The keyboard dropped down as they say. It'd been a one and have been put-back in a container. She'd been offered a DAMAGED $1,000.00 computer. Today actually this can be a $1,000.00 buy!!! She had compensated together with her bank card... Anyways she requires it back and it is CHARGED of seeking a freakin battery or anything! How dare anybody ACCUSE my mother-of something like this for just one! Therefore IN THE END THAT UPHEAVAL she calls another Wal Mart around, the lady informs her they've two and he or she may set one apart for my Mother... Mother pushes over there and undoubtedly it'd not been reserve but fortunately there is one remaining. She would go to place in on her behalf cost plus they wont take it (for my Moms safety) due to the purchase of another one in the additional Wal Mart. Therefore she's to contact the card organization in the shop and provide them a lot of personal data she'd have instead not provided within the telephone. During this period she'd NOT been handled courteously or professionally except by two of the salesmen. She returned towards the Walmart to come back the guarantee and become returned as she'll NEVER store at Walmart AGAIN! I don't blame her. I will just state that the shop owes her an apology REGARDLESS!!! I devote LOTS OF cash at your shops, I usually have-but this time around your salesmen have entered the point! Our mother is 68 yrs old and it has medical issues, she doesn't deserve to become handled as she was in the shop SINCE THE SHOP ATTEMPTED TO RIP HER DOWN by PROMOTING HER BROKEN TO PIECES PRODUCT!!! I'm furious that she was handled so badly. All of the period the cashiers in the shops are rude... Who truly wats at hand over HARD EARNED CASH to rude individuals when instances are therefore tough? I believe I'd instead spend higher costs than store where somebody treats a 68-year old lady like a crook when in most fact the Wal Mart was the main one attempting to tear somebody down!!!
