Norton 360 Version Premier Edition upgrade
Have not received replacement

The initial Norton 360 edition was eliminated when my pc was struck having a disease (Trojan). I named and requested an upgraded antivirus to obtain. The guy I spoke to explained that I ought to obtain it within 2 to 4 times. I restored the purchase subsequently and expanded the merchandise for one more year. Have not obtained it nonetheless.

Our initial purchase in the Symantec Shop was on Dec O8. The order quantity is 777782833.

This isn't a problem. It's a standing check up on the delivery day of the purchase.
