Said I signed up for this, never did. Some computer software that I never received

I received my charge card record within the email having a $79.80 cost that I knew nothing about. After I named the person had no idea what I had been talki9ng about. Then he offered me another quantity to contact-1-888-318-0062 by which you'd to depart a note to get a return. Reimbursement? For what? I never received anything, perhaps since I did not purchase anything
