Attempted to defraud me

I requested a guide through among Amazon's market vendors in March. I'd requested a guide at the start of the term which was about 7 yrs old and found after my first check that I truly had a need to obtain the most recent version. And so I chose to purchase this year's - 2010 problem of the texbook, that will be that which was needed of the course. I purchased it. The e-mail they delivered me was from university bookstore and clearly mentioned that I'd requested this year's problem of training Texas politics. They delivered me this year's update of the personalized version of the book using the same title. It'd another ISBN and half the resale price of the guide I'd taken care of. And so I sent them to see them that I required the right edition. The next day I obtain a reaction requesting the ISBN of the guide I'd obtained. I sent it. I tested my mail, and mass email documents daily to get a week before I delivered them another email requesting why I'd not seen from their website. I waited another week and that I still heard nothing. I had beennot sure how to proceed since their "results" directions stated that no product might be delivered until it was "approved, " that we thought intended that I'd not be repaid for that delivery cost and may not obtain a return or alternative. And so I read Amazonis site about their a z promise. It stated that the vendor had thirty days to obtain the initial product towards the individual in the initial delivery time. I chose to provide them with several more times. Within the mean-time I advised them that I'd purchase an upgraded guide from another vendor. I get online to learn that all of the low priced used copies of the guide were eliminated which I'd need to invest 80 bucks or even more to obtain a fresh or like new backup. And so I decided I'd simply create due using the 2004 edition I'd purchase earlier within the term. Meanwhile I still have not got an answer and that I am examining every file simply to make certain used to do not overlook their mail. That is after I chose to make an application for a return with Amazon. Bear in mind the incorrect guide continues to be sitting here. I'd acquired no apology, no-return slide, no nothing. Simply the main one really brief e-mail without a touch of apology requesting the ISBN. A couple of days later Amazon problems a return. I acquired another mail requesting vendor feedback. And so I got on and explained my expertise in obvious, truthful specifics. It was their response:

"Wrong version/edition delivered. Our e-mails attempting to solve the problem were overlooked, and so I needed to undergo Amazon to obtain a return. Amazon was quick in solving the problem and giving a reimbursement, but I truly would not make use of Campus_bookstore again. The edition of the book they delivered me had significantly less than half the resale price of the main one I bought.incident? I believe not."

Time: April 20 Scored by Customer: Rainbough G. (change this title)

Vendor Reaction: "the customer obtained the precise subject and situation requested, stated they obtained the incorrect edition, after which whenever we provided a return having a complete reimbursement upon confirmation of the state within an email, the customer never delivered them and visited Amazon instead. The customer were left with our cash and our guide, therefore we'dnot risk completing another deceptive purchase out of this customer later on." Time: April 20

Therefore not just do they try to trick their clients into taking a less useful guide compared to one they taken care of, however they also chose to lay concerning the scenario and slander anybody who leaves negative feedback. I've never had this type of bad expertise from amazon and that I purchase material from their store constantly. I can not think they allow vendors act this way!
