Hi all,

I'm truly dissappointed and frustrated with horsepower. We purchased this HP laptop design G60-235DX just 2 weeks before and also have been utilizing it really gently. 14 days before my spouse was shutting along the check when all a quick the image about the show dissappeared and monochrome outlines seemed about the display. A lasting dark place of just one inch in size turned up about the display aswell. My spouse didn't fall the laptop, she didn't strike and he or she didn't drive the display - she was simply shutting down the check. We named horsepower and described the issue - they delivered us a FedEx container and we delivered our laptop for them. 4 days later (that will be nowadays) we obtain a contact stating that you will see something cost of $420 to repair the issue. Nowadays we also get a speech concept where an HP representative requires us to contact them quickly within 24 hours. We call her quantity, but her mail is complete. We contact the client support along with a woman describes to us that the support representative evaluated the laptop and recognized a break about the show. You want to keep in touch with the repetitionis supervisor, but she claims he's unavailable. We request this repetitionis title and he or she claims they're prohibited reveal it (never heard about this before with customer support.) We've had laptops for several years and we all know just how to cope with them. Which was no incident and we didn't trigger any bodily harm to the laptop - we don't experience any problem whatsoever. We don't wish to spend possibly 420 or 5 bucks for this fix and we're assured that horsepower should be accountable for it simply because they offered to us a poor item. We're likely to contact the supervisor on Friday to inform her exactly the same tale and he or she demands that horsepower isn't accountable, we're likely to keep these things return the laptop back again to us and we're likely to combat with all means feasible once we haven't experienced this kind of unjust condition before.

Could someone please please recommend exactly what the greatest actions could be for all of US to show that people weren't to blame which horsepower needs to take accountability?
