Purchased an Acer pc from Newegg and never guaranteed if Newegg or Acer may be the issue but purchased on Dec-27, connected on Jan 18 and headache started. Poor memory stick so-called Acer on 1-19-09, they delivered a brand new memory stick, obtained 1-31, then-new problem so-called that evening. Got ready to go, then-new problem on 2-20, delivered restoration drives but once they arrived, discovered after instillation these were in German, named on 2-20 and delivered it back for fix, got back on 3-3 and on 3-7 drive failed, delivered back appeared back in my experience on 3-20 and on 4-2 drive crashed again, delivered back 4-6 but still not back. Spoken with boss and he explained once they obtained it, nothing wrong but nonetheless in store awaiting component??? Today its been more than 4 weeks that I purchased a fresh pc, complete price of #534.97 with extended warrenty and also have not had a good week useful. And today I am spending online sites without any web or computer. Really discouraged with no one at Acer or Newegg appears prepared or attempting to assist me. At this time I don't need an upgraded computer as this can be a bit of crap pc, but need my cash back. Can anybody help me???
