We purchased an Acer laptop for the client from Tarsus in February and unearthed that the remaining mouse mat switch wasn't functioning.
I called Tarsus to record the problem and was informed to not return the system to Tarsus but to go to Acer. Tarsus explained that Acer might guide it in like a DOA (deadonarrival) and credit the system. Therefore we bought another laptop for the client and reserved the defective laptop in at Acer.
Acer returned to us to see us they didn't discover something wrong using the device, and they wouldn't matter a DOA about the item.
When The device wasn't defective, why might we've obtained it to Acer within the first-place after which bought the same device a couple of hours later? Additionally once the laptop was passed in at Acer, they'd not provide us the chance to exhibit them that which was wrong with this particular item.
I will just suppose that after Acer obtained the laptop, they fixed the issue then switched around to inform us they wouldn't matter a DOA. Why must I will have to get this laptop back from Acer whenever we are impossible to create utilization of it?
I'm all over again really dissatisfied with Acer.
