Didn't replace defective item

This began with my having bought an Antec case-back in October. Following a month or two the Ability change turned inconsistent and that I needed to take away the front-panel simply to switch on the ability. About two or three months later the Ability Source failed and also the program was useless. Requiring this technique operating (it had been my host) and convinced that this case was one in 1000000 I chose to supply exactly the same situation. I called about every shop within the west-end but discovered one. I had been totally surprised at what I got from the container, the case appeared as if a twenty-dollar situation, incidentally this case may be worth up to $250. Our first intuition was to come back it towards the store but I desired it and understood there have been none about. I thought I'd take it to Antec's interest after I posted my RMA for that useless situation. I did so that within times and had an incident opened with Kyle. I waited and waited and did not notice something and so I chose to examine the standing of my ticket online. Our solution was SHUT!!! No quality, no-contact no nothing, simply shut. I published Kyle and my solution was reopened, he questioned me for some data and what my images displayed (duh), these were images of poor people match and dents (in the inside) about the situation I simply settled $250 for. Anyhow I waited and waited again and you know what, the solution was shut again. Today were nearly 2 weeks into my solution and nothing! I posted a criticism through their Internet software, nothing, no response whatsoever. Then I eventually named and talked to Rob. I told Rob anything, that I'd one situation having a poor change along with a useless PSU which I'd another FRESH situation that appeared as if trash which I'd invested about 2 weeks awaiting Kyle to repair it-up. I expected for that "Customer Support Supervisor to which Rob stated Kyle was the supervisor but he wasn't around anymore. Wonder why??? Rob stated he'd get anything fixed-up for me personally and apologized for that problems I'd. Within the a few weeks or 2 Rob requested for numerous issues, Oh did I-say I purchased another Antec situation, yes I understand pity on me. I operate a smll pc company part-time and develop several methods. I purchased an Antec Atlas 550 and also you wouldn't think, it had been damaged in the inside, do these men actually understand what QA is??? Anyhow, I offered Rob anything he requested for, bills, photos etc. I actually recommended to Rob that I swap-out the great change and PSU in the bad case using the deceased PSU and change within the well-built situation. Jef appeared to genuinely believe that was advisable and decided they might substitute one Titan 650 Situation plus one damaged side-panel in the Atlas 550. Subsequently from the orange he directs mean email to express they'd not substitute the Titan 650 situation, just the Power, WHAT??? I informed you of the bit of crap immediately, it isn't like I named annually later and stated oh incidentally my situation appears like garbage. And just how do I dent it in the inside guru. I vented, fairly fully but was totally overlooked. Then I published their VP Scott and he also dismissed me. Understand what I've to express, do not get it done! I WOn't help a business that'll not remain behind their item, and hate it much more once they provide you the hand by ignoring you. I'll purchase from Thermaltake or Cooler Master from today on.
