Worked great for a week then I could not call home, then checked with support changed the registry (deleted files in it) then had me unplug it before shutting off the computer, then plugging it back in after it boots up. So far connects — sometimes echoes i just called again today and it was perfect and hope so tomorrow. Using a Vaio sony laptop with XP.
