Refused to replace defective cartridge!

I requested office materials in July from Office Max - sufficient to last me for some time. After I popped an Office Maximum manufacturer Remanufactured Printer CXartridge in November, I quickly discovered it had been faulty—no orange ink. I approached Office Max, seeking an upgraded and was declined since I have requested the materials over 30 days before.

Be it 30 days or 300 times, after I start an ink cartridge, I anticipate it to become of top quality. Office Max says I'd four weeks to "examine it" for flaws.incidentally, after I put my initial purchase, it required significantly more than fourteen days for that color tube to reach. Office Max had somehow quit it out once they stuffed my purchase—therefore it came individually toward the finish of July.

It'd charge Workplace Max next-to-nothing to displace their faulty item, sadly, their poor customer relationships has cost them a person.
