Mr. Anderson. I have been a customer of dte for my whole adult life. Together my wife and I have 3 (ages 3, 5, 13) children. I fell behind and was in a shut off protection plan. Recently I managed to remain on that plan and pay back a great majority of what was owed. Then dte system was down and we had over $300 in payments returned to us and there is no evidence that $205 of that was returned besides dte records. My bank does not show the refund. Now by Bill is back up to almost what it used to be. I was then placed on a new plan, which we followed and for some reason we are facing our electric being shut off. We do not understand why this is happening. I have children in school and no where to go. Please help and look into our concerns.
