I obtained service for elderly mother who quickly moved and the service cancelled. Charged for service nonetheless. Device lost by UPS—negotiated settlement with Connect America which we paid, received confirmation from Company. Received persistent phone calls requesting money and insisting it had not been paid. Contacted management and provided documentation, received apology. Subsequently, elderly mother began to receive abusive phone calls from a collection agent, apparently, who screamed at her on the phone. She has been called several times a day including week-ends. Worse business experience ever. Avoid this evil company.
