Overall I am pleased that the technician was able to resolve the problem I originally raised. Also he identified an error that I was unaware of regarding antivirus software. I have read mixed reviews of GuruAid by others, but I must say that I am pleased with the service so far. My only complaint is that I had thought I was speaking to Microsoft Helpdesk as I thought I had phoned them. So I was surprised to learn after the problem had been corrected that I was in fact in contact with an independent company. There is also some question as to how valuable a registry clean really is. However, I have signed up for a two years contract, and I will judge for myself over the next two years as to whether your company offers value for money.in the meantime accept my thanks for helping resolve the problem I had.
