My microsoft account would not let me into it so i phoned what i thought was microsoft only to be transferred to guruaid, after 3 hours on the phone they told me before we go any further there will be a small charge of $105 so i paid then after another 2 hours on the phone i got transferred to a technichian who was chatting to me for about an hour whilst he had control of my computer, he then told me to please wait and nevet came back and my computer is excatly the same as it was before
