I was a customer of Guruaid for 1 year and had really good results. Was very pleased with service. When it was time to renew my contract a guy by the name of Nash called me. I was suspicious at first because the call did not seem quite what it normally was when I had talked with them before. What happened was, a former employee had stolen my information from GURUAID and was trying to start up his own business. He had all of my information about my account so I thought there was a not a problem. I paid $278.34 for a two year protection policy. My credit card company called me and questioned the transaction. I should have stopped at that moment but I thought he has my information so everything should be okay. Well it wasn't. This so called start up company was in India and was now named Team Gurus. When I found out what had happened I call GuruAid to tell them about Nash stealing my information to start his own company in India. Well, after countless hours on the phone with GuruAid they would not help me with my problem. I would not bother with this company because they did not protect me from their own workers. What a mess. Stay away from GURUAID!!!
